About This Model

The Roland Fantom G6 is a 61-key synthesizer workstation built around an advanced sound engine with 2,230 waveforms and 128-voice polyphony, with two ARX expansion slots for adding SuperNATURAL sound-set boards. The synth-action keyboard is both velocity and channel aftertouch sensitive, and 16 velocity/polyphonic aftertouch pads extend expressive performance options further. A large 8.5" colour LCD with mouse connectivity makes navigation straightforward, while the 128-track onboard sequencer - including 24 dedicated audio tracks - positions the G6 as a capable self-contained production centre. Connectivity is extensive, covering MIDI In/Out/Thru, USB for audio and MIDI over a single cable, coaxial digital I/O, a combo XLR/TRS input with phantom power, Hi-Z and line inputs, and up to 22 simultaneous effect routings.
