How do I get a quote for my music gear?

To get a quote, simply fill out our web form. Make sure to include as many details about your item, as possible. Including brand, model, condition and any accessories. 

Please take images of the front, back, side and model / serial numbers - along with any damage or condition issues.

What types of music gear can I trade in?

We accept a wide range of musical equipment, including guitars, basses, keyboards, amplifiers, pedals, and more. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies simply fill in the web form. 

How is the value of my equipment determined?

Our experts evaluate each item based on brand, model, condition, market demand and availability. We also track actual sales worldwide.

How do I receive my payment?

You payment will be via Bank Transfer or PayPal. Depending on your chosen preference and within 1 business day of your gear being assessed. Providing the item is as described when submitting a trade.

What happens if there's a discrepancy in the condition of my item?

If the item does not meet the agreed-upon criteria or is found to be in a different condition than described by the customer, Audio Trader reserves the right to reject the trade. In case of a trade rejection, the customer will be contacted and offered a revised Trade-in value (if we are able to repair the item). 

Alternatively if the item is unrepairable or the customer does not accept the revised Trade-in value then the customer must arrange a courier to collect their item. All liability for the item at this point passes back to the customer.
